Add boiling water to a large ceramic bowl. of boiling water.
Add 5 drops of eucalyptus oil, 3 drops of peppermint oil and 2 drops of rosemary essential oil to it.
Slightly whirl the bowl to allow the oils to blend.
Take a small towel and drape properly over your head.
Bend a little over the bowl and breathe profoundly.
Keep your head over the steaming bowl for as long as you can and repeat the process 2-3 times in a day.
Onions contain sulfur and quercetin, these ingredients break down the mucus and prevents its from building up thus setting relief from the chest congestion. Moreover, onions also have antimicrobial properties that prevents the occurrence of infection.
